Listel

Listel by Bosa / Axiom is a 29-storey mixed-use tower at 1300 Robson Street, bringing together hospitality and housing in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The development introduces a new hotel operated by Listel Hospitality Group, with 183 hotel rooms across levels 2 to 11, alongside 133 purpose-built market rental homes on levels 12 to 26. At grade, a restaurant fronts Robson Street, activating the streetscape and connecting the building to the surrounding neighbourhood.

Developed in partnership with Bosa Properties, the project reflects the City of Vancouver's evolving policy environment, which supports the pairing of hotel and residential uses. By combining visitor accommodation with long-term rental housing, Listel helps strengthen the neighbourhood while delivering the year-round destination infrastructure the city needs.
